What products do you offer?
We offer a carefully selected stock of products manufactured by Asian beauty brands from South Korea, Japan, Taiwan and other Asian countries. All of our products are 100% authentic, we hate copies as much as you do! We carry strict quality control procedures of everything we receive from our suppliers to ensure their quality.
What is the availability on your products?
Living on a small island is fantastic! But it also means that it is crazy hot! We have limited stock of each product at any given period to ensure that everything we deliver to you is brand new from our suppliers and doesn’t sit in hot, humid warehouses for too long.
If a product you want is currently out of stock, we have an option for you to backorder/pre-order it; you will see a message in the product page saying “available on backorder”. That means that you get to reserve it, pay for it, and we will place an order to our suppliers. You will just need to be a little bit more patient with the delivery timeframe. You can send us a message about the product you are interested to backorder and we will try and estimate how long it will take to be delivered to you. Please note that when your order includes a product that is backordered, we will ship the whole order once this product has arrived from our suppliers.
If your favorite Asian beauty product is not stocked in our store at all, let us know and we will do our magic to try and get it for you!
Is this all you’ve got?
Our initial range of products and brands may be limited, but rest assured that more is on the way! Our stock is updated daily so be sure to keep an eye for new stuff coming in every day.

We have expanded our shipping list to include most countries! If you don’t see your country in the shipping list, contact us as we may be able to help!
How will you deliver my order?
***SPECIAL NOTE: DUE TO THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK COURIER SERVICES WITHIN CYPRUS ARE ADDING AN EXTRA CHARGE TO THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE. ALL INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY SERVICES REMAIN THE SAME.
For Cyprus delivery, we use a courier service to deliver your products just to be on the safe side! We will send you a tracking code within the shipping confirmation e-mail. You may choose from the following delivery options during checkout if you are shopping in Cyprus:
1. Straight to your door
2. At your nearest courier service point
If you are working every day, we suggest that you choose option no. 2 so that you won’t miss the courier. Please note that you will be required to sign when you receive your package. The total amount for packaging and delivery will be calculated automatically during checkout based on the weight of the items in your order and whether you choose to “pay cash on delivery”.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please see the tables below for the weight-based shipping fees. We keep our delivery fees to a minimum and to what the courier company charges because we know how annoying they are! We currently offer free delivery to customers in Cyprus on orders above 50 Euros.
For delivery in all other countries, we offer the choice between Standard Tracked Mail and Express Mail (EMS). Delivery fees depend on the country zone. Zone 1 includes EEA countries and Zone 2 the rest of the world. Please check the Tables below.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please see the tables below for the weight-based shipping fees. We keep our delivery fees to a minimum and to what the courier company charges because we know how annoying they are! We currently offer free international delivery (standard tracked mail) on orders above 100 Euros.
How can I pay for my order?
1. You can checkout and pay for your order via PayPal. You don’t have to have a PayPal account to do so. You can pay with your debit/credit card through PayPal securely. This is the safest, fastest, and easiest method so don’t worry! If you face problems during checkout, contact us and we will help you.
2. We have also included the option for you to pay “cash on delivery” for Cyprus residents only. Please note that this service has an additional fee (courier-imposed fees, see table above) on top of the regular shipping fee.
3. If you wish to pay by bank transfer or QuickPay (Bank of Cyprus customers only), or Revolut, select the option “Contact us for Additional Payment Options”. Then make sure to contact us on Facebook or Instagram or drop us an email at email@example.com and we will find a way to help you!
Will you notify me when my order is shipped?
Of course! You should receive an e-mail when your order is shipped. The majority of our orders are shipped 1-2 working days (excluding weekends & holidays) after you have placed your order. You can track the status of your delivery with the link you will receive when your order is shipped.
How long do I have to wait for delivery?
Delivery takes 1-5 working days (excluding weekends & holidays) for Cyprus. Delivery in all other countries may take longer so please wait 30 days before contacting us.
Can I return a product that I received?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns. To be honest though, you won’t need to return anything, that is how great our products are!
What happens if I received a damaged product or a product is missing from my order?
We do our best to ensure that your items will reach you in perfect condition. However, sometimes mistakes do happen or packages are not handled carefully during transit. In cases where you received damaged item(s), please contact us within 24 hours of you receiving the package. We kindly request you to take a picture of the damaged item(s) and the original packing materials (box etc) and send it to us via email or Facebook messenger. We may ask you to return the damaged item(s) 2 days after you received them in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. If not, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item(s). We will let you know the return address when you contact us.
After we receive the damaged product(s), we will carefully check their condition for faults. If the product is faulty/damaged, we will commit to exchange the item(s) at no additional shipping cost or refund the cost of the item(s). We will ask you which option you prefer. For refunds, we will refund through your original payment method covering the return postal fees (where applicable). Please keep in mind that it may take up to a week to show in your account. If we don’t find any faults we reserve the right to refuse exchange/refund.

Will I have to pay customs taxes?
If you live in Cyprus, Greece, or any other European Economic Area country you will not need to pay customs taxes. For residents in all other countries, you are responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods & services tax, VAT or any other customs-related fees. Customs policies vary by country so we encourage you to contact your country’s customs if you are unsure. Customers are required to pay all fees upon receiving their package.
Note on expiration date on products
Most Japanese brands do not print the expiry date on products. The reason is because companies have high turnover of the products and they change their packaging almost yearly, so that they do not need to (products are sold and used before they expire). Rest assured that no expired products are circulating the market and the relevant Japanese Ministry is very strict about cosmetics. You may sometimes find expiry dates on Korean cosmetics but most will show the manufacturing date (MFG) in the following form: YYYYMMDD or YYYYMM. Products can be safely used up to 3 years from the manufacturing date. We suggest you buy your Asian beauty only from reputable sources like us to ensure you get a fresh product. We order small number of products from our suppliers weekly, to ensure that you get the best and freshest products!
